Kindness Kit Survey
We are conducting a survey to support our research aimed at improving women’s and girls’ health—both mentally and physically. Your responses are completely anonymous and will provide valuable data to help us identify needs and develop programs that provide access to essential resources, including menstrual products, hygiene items, and other basic necessities. By participating, you are helping us take an important step toward ensuring that every woman and young girl has the support she deserves.
Our mission is to empower women and young girls by addressing period poverty and improving access to essential health and hygiene resources. We believe that no one should have to choose between their basic needs and their well-being. Through research, community outreach, and support programs, we aim to provide the resources, education, and awareness necessary to promote both physical and mental health.
We are committed to creating a world where every woman and girl feels supported, confident, and equipped with the tools she needs to thrive—because access to basic hygiene products is not a privilege; it’s a right.

Hi, I’m Paris Daniel, a 15-year-old passionate about empowering women and young girls. My mission is to help them feel valued, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves—no matter their circumstances. I want to help them shine bright, reach higher than the stars, and realize that everyone has a purpose, and that kindness is free with no expiration date.
I aspire to become an OB/GYN so I can be a dedicated support system for women, providing both physical and mental health care. Having experienced bullying myself, I understand how it feels to be left out or unheard, and I want to create a safe space where women feel seen, supported, and equipped with the resources they deserve.
I may be young, but I have a dream—and I am determined to make a lasting impact by empowering women, fostering confidence, and providing access to the care and support every woman deserves.
Volunteer Opportunities
Pack/Hygiene Kindness Kits
Assist in assembling hygiene kits containing essential items such as pads, wipes, deodorant, and toothpaste. This role is crucial in ensuring that women and young girls have access to the basic necessities they need.Write Motivational Cards
Contribute by writing uplifting and encouraging messages to be included in our kindness kits. Your words can provide emotional support and remind recipients that they are valued and not alone.Social Media/Content Help
Help manage our online presence by creating and sharing content that raises awareness about period poverty and promotes our mission. This role is ideal for those with a passion for digital storytelling and community engagement.Fundraising
Support our efforts to raise funds for our programs and initiatives. This may involve organizing events, reaching out to potential donors, or assisting with online campaigns. Your involvement can make a significant impact on our ability to provide resources to those in need.Community Events
